By accessing or using TarotBot ("the App", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service across all platforms: web app (PWA), mobile browser, and any other distribution channel.
2. Description of Service
TarotBot is an AI-powered entertainment application that generates tarot card interpretations for the purposes of self-reflection, creative inspiration, and personal exploration. The Service provides:
- Daily Card readings (1 card)
- Three-Card spreads (Past, Present, Future)
- Love & Relationship readings (5 cards)
3. Pricing and Subscription Plans
TarotBot offers the following service tiers:

4. Billing and Payments
Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners. By subscribing or purchasing a reading pack, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees.
- Monthly Subscription: automatically renews each month at $4.99 until cancelled.
- Reading Pack: a single one-time charge of $4.99 for 15 readings with no expiry date.
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital tarot reading services, refunds are available only if no readings have been used after the purchase.
Once any reading has been used, the service is considered to have been provided, and the purchase becomes non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue, duplicate charge, or billing error, please contact us at support@tarotbot.online. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. User Accounts
To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and make purchases.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service's output without our prior written consent.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to excessively query the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content generated by TarotBot, including AI-generated card interpretations, is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. The TarotBot name, logo, and overall design are proprietary. Classic tarot card imagery is in the public domain (Rider–Waite–Smith tradition).
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated interpretations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TarotBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
